Portable Plant Water Status Console (PWSC)

Often referred to as a “Pressure Bomb” device, it is used to measure the hydrostatic tension in the xylem column of the plant and helps to determine behavior of sap delivery abilities and nutrient content within a plant.

Knowing the tensional properties of sap in the vertical profile aids in determining the health of a plant and what elements are available for development of fruit, berry, nuts or resins in the final quality and plant production levels. SAPS Series Plant Water Status Consoles have a rugged case built to withstand frequent field use and are also easy to carry or mount to the back of your ATV.

The units come with a quick connect coupling, high pressure regulator, and a selection of air tank sizes.

Like the 3000/3005 Series, the SAPS units can be purchased with or without a tank.

Two operating pressure ranges, 0-40 Bars and 0-80 Bars, are available.
